Compare Our Service Offerings

Want to know how our service stacks up? Southeastern Laundry is the top choice for quality and equipment knowledge across Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. We always offer on-call parts and service on all major brands, including UniMac®, Dexter and Braun.

Our factory-certified reps will be onsite within 48 hours and have years of knowledge across industries, from assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, to fire stations and correctional services, to athletic facilities and car washes.

But when you need the peace of mind and want to be sure you don’t get surprised by unexpected equipment repair costs, Southeastern Laundry offers three advanced options: Scheduled Maintenance, our Service Contract, and Equipment Leasing which covers the cost of parts and repairs. Read more below to learn how each offering can benefit you business.

Scheduled Maintenance

At Southeastern, we offer Scheduled Maintenance agreements. We complete a quarterly 77-point inspection of your washer and dryers, providing a complete health report for your laundry equipment. This program ensures your equipment operates efficiently.

Scheduled Maintenance helps us monitor machine performance to ensure equipment operates as expected, ensuring your utility costs do not increase. It helps reveal potential failures that can result in costly damage or higher operating costs

Service Contract

Our Service Contracts are offered in 1, 3, or 5 year terms. They work like an insurance plan – one set monthly price covers all repairs, parts replacements, and service visits. The Service Contract is maintained by our factory-certified techs who will be onsite within 48 hours.

Laundry equipment repair service bills can be unpredictable. They may fit within your budget one month but skyrocket the next. By entering into a service contract with Southeastern Laundry, you’ll be able to budget for commercial washer and dryer service and maintenance expenses.

Equipment Leasing

Now you can get the most up-to-date, energy efficient equipment with no credit check, zero money down and deferred payments. Southeastern Laundry’s Equipment Leasing program gives you access to the equipment you need fast. You never have to pay for service or parts, and routine scheduled maintenance is included.

You get all this for one simple monthly payment so you don’t have repair cost surprises. Equipment Leasing includes all the benefits of our service contract, plus the cost of the equipment and installation are covered. More questions? The Cost of Not Completing Regular Maintenance

Regular maintenance by a factory-certified technician prolongs the life of your equipment, keeping you from having to pay for unexpected or costly repairs.
