  • Our technicians are strategically located throughout the southeast and are electronically dispatched from our corporate office.  Our custom-designed software powered by state of the art Android devices allows our technicians real time access to service calls and customer records.
  • Our technicians maintain Alliance Laundry certification and are trained to handle all your equipment needs.  As your local UniMac distributor, we receive all Service Bulletins to allow us to stay current with any needs you may have.
  • Advanced service seminars designed for Chief Engineers or your other “more advanced” staff are available.
