Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales, a premier distributor of coin/vended laundry equipment, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the COIN/VENDED market. Relocation assistance is available! Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales has been the Southeast’s premier distributor of industrial and coin laundry equipment since 1976. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for applying a consultative sales approach in prospecting, developing, and closing new business.

  • Collaborate/consult with investors and owners regarding coin/vended laundry needs
  • Building the business within the territory
  • Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales
  • Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offerings
  • Analyzing competitor activities in the region, and assessing opportunities for business development
  • Networking with owners/operators and building relationships
  • Attending relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build business
  • Creating sales strategies to obtain market share opportunities
  • Regular site visits to maintain customer retention
  • Maintain data in the CRM; schedule appointments, follow-ups and maintain accurate contact information
  • Responsible for project management, site selection, lease review, investment analysis and proforma creation for customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years coin/vended laundry sales experience
  • Possess a hunter mentality
  • Commercial real estate license is a plus but not required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Industry knowledge & experience
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Meet assigned territory quota’s
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and legal documents
  • Write reports and business correspondence
  • Promptly respond to inquiries from employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Must be able to pass pre employment checks including background check
