All equipment sales are considered final. However, in certain cases, returns may be accepted at our sole discretion and must be approved in advance in writing.

Approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

• A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Equipment must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
